​Rhonda is a fitness enthusiast and motivator who has a passion for living a healthy lifestyle and helping women do the same.  Rhonda's mission is to empower women to become the best versions of themselves mentally, physically, and spiritually.  She believes in the importance of good nutrition, an active lifestyle, and mental balance.  Developing a healthy lifestyle begins by changing the mind to want better. Small  changes always make way for big results. Rhonda has Bachelor Degree in Counseling Psychology and she is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling.  


​Fitness is just not physical, but it is a lifestyle and a mindset that is hard to obtain, but not impossible to achieve.  I want every woman to know they are able to reach their goals and feel strong, confident, and like a QUEEN!

I tore my ACL February of 2018 this was my first major gym injury.  I postponed having surgery for two months because I did not want to accept the fact that I needed to go under the knife.  Finally, I decided to bite the bullet and get ACL surgery.  If football players can injury their legs/knees then go back out in the field surely I will bounce back.  I was very optimistic until after my successful surgery, no one told me that recovery was the worst part and hard work mentally and physically.  Well I was in a slump for over two months, because I had to start all over.  I worked hard for over two years to change and maintain my healthy lifestyle for it to just fall to pieces in seconds because of a bad landing on my leg.  I spent many of days in bed binge watching Netflix and eating anything that I could get my hands on (specifically Doritos and brownies).  My leg started to heal and I realized I can not keep feeling sorry for myself I needed to at least try to do better.  Fast-forward to present day that is where I am now taking baby steps and trying to do better.  My discipline is not like it was before my injury and I still have days where I do not want to try, but I had to learn to not be so hard on myself.  Starting over is never easy but it is worth it and setbacks are a part of the process. Keep going!
