I encountered a major setback that I did not see coming from a mile away! I tore my ACL a few months ago and recently had surgery. This was a big upset for me I worked so hard over 2 years and accomplished so much just to have it all thrown away because of an unfortunate injury. Just the thought of me not being able to do the things I have grown to enjoy (gym, running, dancing, etc.) took a toll on my mental and I became very emotional. I will admit I allowed my injury get the best of me and I used that as an excuse to just lay in my emotions. I started to find comfort in food, specifically junk and fast food. My focus was on the things I was not able to do to keep my body
